- The Office of the Queensland Chief Scientist has designed three Awesome activity books for Years 3–6 school students that feature short profiles of scientists and fun activities selected by these scientists including STEM-based word puzzles, experiments, dot-to-dot and colouring-in. Students can select from editions published in 2022 , 2020 and 2017 .
- Bright Future STEM Program – engages students in STEM energy and resource industry experiences with school visits and other activities.
- Questacon – the national science and technology centre.
- Queensland STEM Education Network provides a range of free education resources.
- Queensland Museum offers numerous fun and educational activities.
- Queensland Government has resources to help science, IT and creative businesses start, develop and grow.

- National Science Week is Australia's annual celebration of science. It helps Australia acknowledge and celebrate its scientific achievements and encourages interest in and enthusiasm for all things science. It attracts a wide audience from children to adults, and science amateurs to professionals.
- Inspiring Australia is the national strategy for science engagement.
- Get Clever is TV series where adventure, fun and the wonders of science are burst wide open.
- Catalyst on ABC.
- Australian Institute of Policy & Science runs The Young Tall Poppy Science Awards.
- STEM Programme Index 2016 is the first national guide to business, university, government and community-led STEM initiatives (prepared by the Office of the Chief Scientist).
- resolve: Maths by Inquiry is an innovative national program promotes engaging mathematics teaching and learning from Foundation to Year 10, providing resources for teachers.
- RiAus is Australia’s national science channel, promoting public awareness and understanding of science.
- Science and Technology Australia represents 68,000 scientists and technologists, and promotes their views on a wide range of policy issues to government, industry and the community.
- STEM Professionals in Schools is a national program that creates and supports long-term partnerships between primary or secondary school teachers and scientists or mathematicians.
- The Australian Academy of Science runs numerous events throughout the year.

- The Conversation an independent source of news and views, sourced from the academic and research community and delivered direct to the public.
- The Peter Doherty Awards for Excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education – established in 2004 – recognise students, teachers, support officers, schools, volunteers, mentors and organisations that have made outstanding and innovative contributions to science and science education in Queensland.
- The Science Show on the ABC gives Australians unique insights into the latest scientific research and debate, from the physics of cricket to prime ministerial biorhythms
- Scope is a fast, funny and informative children’s science show produced in association with the CSIRO.
- The 20 Best Science Podcasts (as chosen by the GeekWrapped science staff) can introduce you to some fun, new science facts.
- The Three Minute Thesis Competition supports students' capacity to effectively explain their research in plain-English within 3 minutes.
